Printing problem

I have 2 clients running a same application connect to a same database on 2
differenct computers, when preview a product listing, the product
description does not shown on 1 client machine, but the other one does. I
am using D7 & RB7. What is the possible cause of this weird problem? Is it
something to do with printer model? Thanks.

This problem occurs after I upgraded from D5 & RB5.

Is there autosearch being applied to the dataset? Can the two compouters
preview the same data in a grid to get the product description without RB
involved?
