Printing to a Godex EZ-2 Printer

edited July 2003 in General
I am trying to print some barcode labels to a Godex EZ-2 Label Printer and
the printer seems to:
- print a label then advance a label then print a label then advance a label
....

My environment is D5, Win2K, RBPro 7, Godex EZ-2 Label Printer.

Has anybody successfully printed to an EZ-2 printer or experienced such a
problem before?

Thankyou,

Simon Welsh

    Simon,

Check the bottom offset of your report and be sure it is set to '0'. Also,
make sure the detail band height is the correct size for the label you are
    trying to print.

    Thanks Nico

    - I checked this "Bottom Offset" setting and it was 0.
The strange thing is I have run this Label Printing EXE on another Win98 PC
and it works fine ie no advancing. But the Win2k PC always advances - I
can't work it out - I have tried 2 different Win2k Drivers and they have the
    same problem ??

    Simon,

The only difference between what you are running in Windows 98 and Windows
2K is the printer driver. ReportBuilder uses your printer driver directly
for component placement, alignment, and pagination. You might try
contacting your printer manufacturer for an updated printer driver.
