Make a report open at the top of the page?

edited July 2003 in General
I have 2 reports, at the bottom page of the first report, I have a "button"
(a shaded shape with an on click event), which launches a second report on a
new page of a tabcontrol.

When this happens, the second report is opened up at the bottom of the page
(where you have to scroll to on the first report to get to the button).

Is there a way to mandate that the report opens up at the top of the page?

I don't see any controls to specify that.

Thanks,

Chris.

    Hi Chris,

Check out Demo 153 located in the \RBuilder\Demos\1. Reports\... directory
(dm0153.pas) for an example of spawning a new report when a click event
occurs. This should get you on the right track.

    Nico,
A similar problem perhaps??? When you search for a string within
a report it scrolls to the page but necessarily the location within
the page. Is there a way to make this happen?

    Hi Jon,

This is a known issue and is on our to-do list for a future release. Thanks
    for the suggestion.
