    Hi Hamilton,

    ReportBuilder uses Windows API to talk to your printer driver and ultimately
    print to the printer. Below is a diagram of how the process works.

    ReportBuilder ----> Windows ----> Printer Driver ----> Printer

    Are you able to print to this printer from other Windows applications? Try
    updating your printer driver and seeing if that helps.
