Remove blank line in RichText

Hi,

I am building a letter which mail merge data from our database.

The recipient address looks like this:






When Address2 is empty, it creates a blank line before city, province
postalcode. Our client told me they use WinWord to mail merge before and
Winword will remove the blank line. I searched the online help, properties
and methods of TppRichText bit could figure out how to do this. Is this
possible and how?
