regio cut-off failure

Hi,

Please take a look at this screenshot:

At the bottom of the screen, you can see the "description"
memo OUTSIDE the description region. The region has a
border set to light-gray. Is has Stretch = true and Shift
RelativeTo set to the above "ddl" region.

Is this alright??
