Minolta QMS Magicolot 2200 Laser Printing Problem
I have a customer that has a Minolta QMS Magicolor 2200 Laser printer. I
have confirmed that they have the latest drivers installed for the printer.
I have several reports in my application that have been created with Report
Builder Enterprise Edition 7.0.
The problem that this customer is having is that one of the reports with
print everything on this report very large and it will not fit onto one
page. I have found out that when they change the printer setting so that it
will only print black and white then it will print fine. However if the
printer itself is set to print color then it will print large.
I was wondering if anybody has ever heard of this before and if so if there
is anything that I can have this customer do so that they will not have to
keep changing the setting on their printer.
Thanks in advance.

This issue is most likely due to how the printer driver reads the Windows
API calls sent from ReportBuilder. You may try contacting the Printer
Vendor and see if they have heard of this behavior and if there is a fix
available.
