Wrong page total
Now we found another problem with totals in page footer:
We have a simple list with Header, Detail, summary and footer. In then
footer we have a DBCalc of a variable of the detail band.
Unforunately the page totals are wrong, they inlude the first line of the
next page. We have this behaviour with page format A4 and custom, we don't
have it with Letter!
There is no difference between 1 or 2 pass, between page caching on or off,
of using a variable to store the total.....
