All dialogs in ReportBuilder (with the exception of the Designer) are replacable. You could start by creating a copy of the ppGrpDlg.pas file then editing the GetBreakDescription function to show exactly what you need in the break selection dialog. You will then need to register your new dialog with ReportBuilder at the bottom of your new file.
For a good example of creating a custom dialog, please see the Developer's Guide and example in the \RBuilder\Tutorials\Complete\II. Applications\04. End-User with Custom Explorer\... directory.
