Printing PDF in RBuilder6?

We currently are on Delphi 5 and Report builder 6.

We have a client wanting to print out PDF files from Report Builder
automatically.
Upto now they have always printed to file on a PDF Printer..... Is there
anyway that I can do it without having to load other drivers on and do it
quietly without user intervention?

Open to ideas..
