Draw a table like structure in report using RB7.03

edited December 2003 in General
i need to draw a table-like structure in report with a specific column width
and row height, I use tppline and tppshape to draw, but it is very difficult
to draw with same width and height for each column and row even there is a
ruler toolbar, Is there any good suggestion.
Also, how the 'space horizontally' and 'space vertically' work?

    Hello,

It is possible to enter exact measurements for the top and left positions of
any object in ReportBuilder either by using the Object Inspector at
design-time or by using the position dialog at run-time. Access the
position dialog by selecting the "position" option from the popup menu when
right clicking over a report object. There are also a number of add-on grid
components that make this process much easier. Check out our web site in
the friends | rcl... section for more information.

The Space Horizontally and Space Vertically buttons will only work when
three or more objects are selected at the same time. This will space all
objects within the two outer-most objects at an equal distance from
    eachother.
