Is there a RAP FAQ?

I'm struggling with some basic calculations in ReportBuilder, and I'm sure they've been answered before. Is there a FAQ or tutorial somewhere for doing calculations with RAP in ReportBuilder? I've read the Learning and Developers documents, but the first is too basic and the second is too heavy for me.

Please see the RAP Reference topic located in the ReportBuilder help file.
This help file should have also been merged into your Delphi help so you
should be able to access it from the Contents of the Delphi help. If you
have a specific problem, feel free to ask us, we're more than happy to help
