Help on report with blank pages

edited January 2004 in General
Hello,

I have designed a report with a page style. The report has four groups (A, B
C, D). The first two groups start new page and the last two has the property
"keep together".

I have also set a Footer which limits the printable area of the page, in
order to limit the lines of detail that print on the page style.

The report prints OK, except for some blank pages that appear at the end of
the groups. The first blank page has the groups headers printed, but no
detail is shown. In fact, the detail stops in the middle of the last
non-blank page. To finish, there is a last blank page with no detail, and
only with groups headers A and B printed.

I have checked the query that corresponds to the report and there is not any
record with null values (or blank values) for the fields of groups A, B, C
or D.

Can you help me please?. I have run out of ideas to solve the problem.

Thank you.

    Hi Felix,

Be sure that your group headers and footers are not larger than one page.
If they are, and you have KeepTogether set to True, you could get an extra
page as ReportBuilder tries to make room. If this is not the case, please
send an example of your project in .zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
