Disappearing subreport

edited February 2004 in General
I am using delphi 7 and Report Builder pro 7.02.
I have a report that uses couple of subreports and other components and
everything was working fine.
Now I have one of the subreports disappear from the the Report. I can
not see it or select it or move it. If I go to the object inspector its
there and I can see the properties and everything looks fine. I just
can't select it so I can delete it and put another one. I am not sure
if this is a known problem but I have been using Report Builder for five
years and never experienced this problem before. I would like to know
what causes this and if there is a fix for it. Also, If there is a way
around this without having to redo the whole report?
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks in advanced.
Nina.

    Hi Nina,

This is not a known issue. As a test, try saving the report down as a
template and reloading it in a new TppReport object. This may get the
objects in the designer to show up as they initialize. Also, if you are
able to see the subreport in the Delphi Object TreeView, you can delete the
Childreport and Subreport objects and the subreport will be completely
    removed.
