Problems with print jobs

I have a customer who is claiming that when he prints a report from my
software it often
happens that the job put into the queue but the printer never prints the
job.

When that happens all following jobs are also blocked. He claims that this
only happens
when using my software - any other application incl. DOS works without
problems.

He has a Windows 2003 server and the clients are Windows XP Pro. The printer
is a
Lexmark T622.

I don't know if it has anything to do with RB, but please give me a hint of
what to I can
do or check.

I use Delphi 5, RB 7.03.

Hi Peter,

We did have an issue like this when the user defined the page range and
tried to print multiple copies of the report. There is a patch available
for this bug. Please send an email to support@digital-metaphors.com if you
are interested.

Note: This patch will only fix the issue for the special case described
above. If your customer is not doing any of these things, the patch will
have no effect.
