Label and memo help again

Hi:
I have put the region first, then the put the pplable and memo in the region
and set the shift with parent to true, but the result still like these
below, did i do something wrong??? Please help!

User name(pplabel) : (memo with mail merch)

I want to make the result like this below

username : kinh
stuck
steven

but when i put label for username when user id have many to pop out, the
position cannot strech or expand for what i want the result look likt this:

user id: 1
user name: 2
3
kinh
stuck
steven

is that label cannot strech and follow datas movement in memo??? Thanks for
helping me!
