Stand-alone version of RB??

I may be missing something in the documentation, but I would like to run the
Report Builder interface in stand-alone mode - i.e. not from within Delphi,
to allow me to design reports and then save them either to .rtm files or
into the database.


Is there a .exe file I'm unaware of?
