Error when printing from preview

Hello. The end-user is printing a report from the preview screen. She
is running Windows XP and attempting to print to a Dell M5200 laserjet. The
laserjet appears to work well with her other applications. When she chooses
this printer within her previewed report, she gets an error message dialog
box with an exclamation (!) mark but no message and then the application
shuts down. This application is written using Delphi and reportbuilder
components. The application works if a different printer is chosen.

Are there any known issues regarding reportbuilder on this printer model?

Sorry about the delay. I'm currently in the process of downloading the
M5200 driver to test with on my XP machine. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Debbie,

I finally got the Dell M5200 driver installed, but was unable to recreate
the error you are receiving. If possible, please send a small example
application that demonstrates this error when printing to this printer in
.zip format to support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll try again to re-create
it on my machine.
