How to do this....
Hello,
Am using D7 and RB 7.03.
I need to make a report that looks like this:
1.0 Items Qty Rate Total
1.1 Software
Software program 1 1 $100 $100
Software program 2 2 $200 $400
Total $500
1.2 Hardware
Hardware Item 1 3 $50 $150
Hardware Item 2 1 $100 $100
Total $250
1.3 Total
Total Due $750
The software and hardware items are located in the same table. Do I need to
do this with two subreports or is there another way?

Check out demos 14 -18 (dm0014.pas - dm0018.pas) located in the
\RBuilder\Demos\1. Reports\... directory for a good set of examples on how
to create this type of report using groups.
