Hi Kei,

The ShiftWithParent more or less anchors the component to the bottom of its
parent band/region, meaning that when the parent stretches vertically, the
child component will shif with the parent accordingly. ShiftWithParent
cannot be used when a stretchable component is set to Stretch. Stretchable
components can be set to ShiftRelativeTo other stretchable objects on a
report moving them vertically as they stretch.
