TppPrintPreview - EResNotFound on Print

Hi everyone,

I've recently migrated from ReportBuilder 5.56/D5 to ReportBuilder 7.04/D7
and the change worked fine for all my applications except one.

I keep getting this error message when trying to preview a report using
ppReport.Print or ppReport.PrintReport :

"Project raised exception class EResNotFound with message "Resource
TppPrintPreview not found'."

It seems the PreviewForm is never generated because my "PreviewFormCreate"
event is never fired.

I compared the code used to generate the report with what I use in other
applications, and I didn't see any difference. What could prevent the
PreviewForm from being generated? Using the standard preview mechanism of RB
is fine with me.
