spooler gets hung
Hello,
I upgraded to RB 7.04 and now sometimes the spooler gets hung and has to
be stopped and restarted. The only difference is that we upgraded to
7.04. The machine is an NT4 machine if that helps. The other messages
mentioned endless pages and that is not happening as far as we can tell.
We can't see much before the spooler has to be stopped. A little
bottom fishing but any ideas?

Have not heard of this before. ReportBuilder 7.04 contains no mods that
would affect the print queue. ReportBuilder uses simple Windows API to
start/end the print job and start/end each page. Windows and the printer
driver handle the rest. You could try testing with a different printer
driver or updating the existing one.
Perhaps the report itself is getting hung up somewhere and it appears that
the spooler is hung?
