Are you trim the values for Search fields? Not good

Hi,

I've build a query in the designer with some search fields. One of my search
values is a string: ' M 3127/FN'. The first character is a blank. If I look
at the SQL code it looks like you trim the value; the blank is gone. Why
that? Now I don't find my data

I'm using RB 7.04 on Delphi 5.
