Error when changing system variable

Hi,

we're using RBuilder Version 9.01. When we add a system variable to our
report in the designer it is normally the system date. When we try to change
the value to page count for example we get an access violation by address
004043B7. Is this a known prob wiht this version?

Hi Alex,

I am currently working with another customer on this issue. I am however
still unable to recreate the behavior on my machine. Which edition of RB
are you using (i.e. Standard, Enterprise). Which version of Delphi are you
using? Does this AV occur at design time or runtime? Is there anything
else special you can think you are doing that may cause this AV?

enterprise. The AV only occurs at runtime, designtime works normal. Nothing
special as far as i remember

Hi Alex,

Thanks for the info, however I am still unable to recreate the issue. I
also had the other engineers here try on their machines with no success (or
great success, but no error). Try changing your library path to point
towards \RBuilder\Source\ instead of \RBuilder\Lib\ and set your debugger to
break on exceptions. This may give you an idea where the problem is
occuring in RB.
