Page Positioning with a Crosstab over Several Pages
I'm having a report with 1 group.
The idea is that detail is a Crosstab Report. and in the footer of the group
i'm printing other data
It works fine, but with the pagination i'm having a effect that i would
rather not have.
When te Crosstab goes on several pages, the footer is only started on the
last page of the crosstab.
I'll try to visualize it

Like this it doesn't render, but view this with the couurier font !
I understand the logic behind this buth i would prefer to first go from top
to bottom and then across (in the report pages).
Playing with across/down settings doesn't help, as the control the behaviour
of the Crosstab itself.

I'm a bit unclear about what you would like your report to look like? Do
you want the group footer to print somewhere else? You can always change
the direction your crosstab grows by moving the values around. As far as
the way the crosstab prints across pages, there is no way to adjust this
other than creating a custom crosstab renderer.

No, i would like the group footer also to start on the physical page 1, and
both run across the following pages.
I a way that you could place the reports from left to right on your desk. In
my case the report (with group footer) is only 1 page high, but up to 7
pages wide !!
Unfortunately it is not possible to make the group footer extend across
pages the way you want. The closest thing you could get to that is to
somehow use the page footer band to get the same effect.
