Paper size changes seem to affect other reports
RB 9.01 Std, D7 Pro (patched), WinXP SP2
My app uses three reports, two of which are defined with
PrinterSetup.PaperName properties of "Letter" and the other with "Envelope
#10". Not that I think it matters but each uses a different DataPipeline.
The SavePrinterSetup property is set to False for each report.
When the app runs, if I print several envelopes only, each prints fine. On
the other hand, if I print one of the letter sized reports and then print an
envelope, the envelope job previews correctly but then prints as if designed
for letter size paper and with the wrong orientation. The only way to get
envelopes out correctly again is the exit and restart the app.
To the best of my knowledge, this was not a problem with RB7.04 and D5.
Any ideas???
Thanks,
Al

I am unable to recreate this behavior on my machine. The two tests I
performed were to place two report objects on a form, one with a letter page
size and one with an envelope 10 page size. Then printed each report one
after the other. Second I saved the two reports as template files and
manually loaded each one into a single report object and printed them one
after the other. In both tests, both reports seemed to print to the correct
page size.
If possible please create a simple example that I can run on my machine and
send it in .zip format to support@digital-metaphors.com or let me know
exactly what I can do to recreate it my self.
