keep group together or not at runtime

does not work.

get list out of bounds error

am i getting the error because this group is in a subreport?

if so how do i fix this code?

This is not a known issue with ReportBuilder. I'm going to need to know a
little more information about your application's goals, data, RB version,
Delphi version, and report design to successfully help you with this. Which
version of RB are you using? If possible, please construct a small example
that I can run on my machine and send it in .zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
