Problem from RB 7.02 to 9.01. Bug ?s

Hi,

1) I am encuntering a problem with every Variable with ResetType =
veTraversal. It doesn't work onCalc Event.

2) I have a report with 3 subreports on GroupFooterBand and SummaryBand,
when I preview it and go directly last page I get an error (Static Height
detail band cannot fit in page). It work fine when I browse pages until end
of it or I have PrinterHeight of DetailBand = phDynamic.

Of course with previouse relise RB 7.04 all work fine.

Hi Vincenzo,

1. If the ResetType and CalcType are both set to the same VarTraversalType,
the OnCalc event will be ignored by the report engine when the variable
resets. What effect are you trying to get by setting these properties to
the same value?

2. I am unsure why you were able to do this in RB 7.04. Usually if a
subreport overflows a static detail band, you will get an endless page
report. We added this message to warn of this behavior. Changing your
detail band to phDynamic would be the solution to this issue.
