ReportBuilder 9.01 is available for Delphi 6, Delphi 7, and Delphi 2005 VCL
Win32. Below is a snip from our RB 9.0 release notes addressing .NET.

    About .NET
    -----------------
ReportBuilder 9 for VCL is a native Win32 product.

A ReportBuilder for VCL.NET product has been shelved, just prior to
completion. There are no plans to release it unless the VCL.NET platform can
prove itself capable of building non-trivial applications. Digital Metaphors
will not release a product that cannot perform up to our expectations and
the anticipated expectations of developers and end-users. Thus far we have
seen little demand for VCL.NET. We will continue to evaluate VCL.NET going
    forward.

A ReportBuilder for pure .NET is being developed for the longer term future.

The real strength of .NET is remoting and ASP.NET. We are considering and
researching the possibility of a hybrid solution that enables Win32 based
reports to be viewed using ASP.NET code and possibly WinForms code.

I have projects I will be migrating to VCL.net.
I just bought RBuilder yesterday for exactly the reason that I need VCL
    Forms support.
Can I return it for full refund?
Its useless to me at this stage if you are not supporting VCL Forms, and it
is annoying because I will have to reconfigure the RBuilder reports in the
    application to use something else.

I'm very sorry for the confusion, but please note that no where on our web
site or these newsgroups have we implied that ReportBuilder 9 for Delphi
    2005 supports VCL .NET.

    Thank you.
I am very very disappointed with your decision not to support VCL Forms.
I have been very happy with Report Builder, but I will have to move to a
different reporting solution at this point for all of my clients which is
    annoying.

    SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    !

I really do like report builder.

last time anyone here LOOK at QReport (6 years ago) it really
sucked and was not user friendly, which was why we went
to Report Builder many years ago.

Report Builder not supported in the DOT NET environment is
a true hurdle for us now. Report Builder is our report bible.

    SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
