Citrix Server Issues?

Greetings,
I was wondering if there are any known issues with Report Builder and Citrix
servers.

I've got a customer connecting to their corporate office and running my
application via Citrix. Every once in a while (fairly frequently which is
frustrating the customer), my app will lose the print driver. I had them go
into Printers and Faxes and print a test page and all worked fine. They
went back into my app and could print again.

Any clues here would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Hi Kevin,

    In the past when out customers have had problems with Citrix, it was
    primarily a user access issue. Be sure your customers have access to the
    printer driver RB is trying to use.

    We have numerous organizations using our application on Citrix, Windows
    Terminal Services and Tarantella and have no issue with ReportBuilder on any
    of these platforms. I would suspect that the issue is something other than
    ReportBuilder.
