Bug? RB 9.01 Can't decrease size of bands

Hi All!

I has noticed following difference between RB 7.01 and RB 9.01:
If (for example) detail band have elements (Line1,...) with parent height-
detail band height can increase by mouse move but don't can decrease!

This issue has been fixed for RB 9.02.
