Table of contents

I was hoping that the outline feature in ReportBuilder would work as a table
of contents but after further investigation I see that I was mistaken. It
looks like it can be included in the viewer but I want it actually appearing
in the report itself so that when the report is printed, the user will see
the table of contents.

Are there any standard approaches or examples on how to do a table of
contents for a ReportBuilder report? Or is it a roll your own solution?
