Version 2.04 includes several enhancements and fixes for metafile rendering,

Enhancements:
- Metafile rendering - Polypolygons now supported, enabling more types
of charts and graphics to be rendered correctly.
- HTML - Property 'HTMLFileNames' can be accessed to get the generated
HTML file names and count.
- HTML - Property 'RelatedFileNames' can be accessed to get Image, CSS
and JavaScript file names and count.
- Export Interfaces:
- ReportBuilder - Checkboxes in GridPack now supported.
- RaveRender - Support for Subscript and Superscript text.
- GmPrintSuite - Now supported in Delphi 2005.

Fixes:
- Pagination of tables when row height is greater than page height
corrected.
- Metafile rendering - Pen width problem corrected.
- Export Interfaces:
- ReportBuilder - Repetition of text in Memo fields fixed.
- AceReporter - Shifting of controls now fixed.
