How do I force text to print/display in all caps?

I'm creating a report which will print shipping labels, taking data from my
customer orders. Often a customer will give their details in lower case, or
a messy mixture of lower and capitals.

If I rightclick on the field I want to change, I can choose Display Format,
which seems to be a way to tell it to do all caps, add spaces, or commas,
dashes between letters and/or numbers, and so on. Can anyone describe how
these work?

For instance, how do I tell it to add caps to the first letter of each word?
Or make it all caps?

I'm using ReportDesigner as part of my mOrder's software, so not sure if
that means things are done differently.

Would really appreciate help!
