ppGetRichEditLines(RE).LoadFromStream(RTF); error

I use delphi 6.03 rbuilder 6.03 and extradev 01/2003.
I have a report with pprichtext control where I try print to file rtf in
txtradev.pas (function RTFToString) fire this error Control '' has no
parent window.
Can you help me?
