Ever the same problem
I got rb since 2002 and everything was fine until my customers ask me to
bought to them windows XP. They have to print a form with a custom size,
and on EVERY customers everyday they have to reboot their PC's becuase
report builder is getting loose on the page counting. It begins to count
and count indefitinely and the printer starts to print too. On windows
98 this problem NEVER happened. I bought a RB rival product to solve
this but I dont think it's fair boughting 2 products that do the same
task. Everything you said to me a tima ago I did, but i never had this
problem solved. I updated my RB, I am taking care of the footer size
i.e. I AM DOING EVERYTHING OK! Please, I need a solution for this, I
can't stand my customers calling me ever for the same reason. It's a
problem RB have since 2002, and you said you fix, but it's not fixed. I
get a calling now saying the same thing again to me.
My customers are using Epson LX300 dot printer. Some of them are using
LX300+.
RB + Win98 = Everything OK
RB + Win2K = Infinite pages
RB + WinXP = Infinite pages
Rival + Any Windows = No headache to me

machine and offer you a solution.
