Faxing Report to multiple recipients
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
I have access to Winfaxpro and the fax drivers that come with Win. XP
I have also downloaded Async Pro.
As I know nothing about communication applications I simply do not know
where to start. A push in the right direction so that I don't spend a
lot of time will be appreciated.
The Reports will gain access to data in Firebird tables where the fax
recipient data also resides.
Reports will be about 6 pages and will be sent to around 500 recipients.
Thanks

ReportBuilder does not communicate directly with your printer driver. It
uses generic Windows API commands to talk to Windows which in turn sends
instructions to your printer driver and on to your printer. Using the
Windows API yourself may be an option to take control of your fax driver.
One thing you might try is get in contact with the fax driver publisher and
ask them if there is an easy way to communicate with it from another
application. Then you could print multiple copies of a report and using the
BeforePrint event and the copy number you could assign the recipients
information to the driver before the report is sent.
