RightJustified with Angle > 0
There is a strange behavior when using a TppLabel with an Angle and the
TextAlignment property set to taRightJustified.
I have many TppLabel with Angle 270, and some of them are taRightJustified,
to align $xx.xx. Some fields move (to up or right) at runtime compared to
design. Even other non related fields that are taLeftJustified move.
FYI. Captions are set at runtime. Those labels are in a region. A single
page report, one record, through a JIT pipeline (for other TppDBText
fields). RB9.03. Delphi 2005 SP3. Win2000Pro.
