problem with printing on Kyocera (rb7.04, D5)

Hi,

a customer reported me that all the reports are only printed partially
on a Kyocera printer. As far as I've seen the problem is that all
controls that are placed on a background shape are not printed (or
maybe that the shape is printed above the other controls). The reports
are printed fine on my HP LaserJet.
Has someone also seen this behaviour before?

    After some additional test: it seems to be a problem of driver. First,
    it differs what kind of report object is missing and second when not
    using the printer spooler then it works.

    Printer is a Kyocera Mira FS-1800+
