group footer on each page - how?

edited December 2005 in General
I'm building an invoicing app. using invoice-nr to break groups (also
starting a new page)
Report header and footer are display customer address, and company
information (address, banking accounts et cetera).
Invoicing positions are displayed in a subreport in the main report
detail-set.
Now the problem:
If the resulting invoice is >1 page, the buttom line of the first page
should show "continued on page 2, sub-total: xxx".
On all "middle" pages, the top should display "continued from page 1.
sub-total:xxx" {<- show sum and page number until the previous page}
and on the bottom again the same line as on page1.
The LAST page of this group should only show the top line from the
middle pages and a final sum band.
My problem is, that the footer is only displayed on the last page.
(group definition has an option "groupheader reprint on every
following page", so I can handle the top stuff without problems).

Regards
Gunther
