Which version of ReportBuilder are you using? Are you able to recreate this issue using the crosstab demos located in the \RBuilder\Demos\2. CrossTabs\... directory. If possible, please send a small example demonstrating this issue using the DBDEMOS database in .zip format to support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.
The version we are using is 9.0.2 I wish I could recreate itto you liking; however, that is not possible. The next best sollution is to describe it: - In the database record is kept of the schoolhours pupils are not present, including the reason. - The crosstab calculates per class, per reason, a sub-total (reason), a grand-total (class) of hours absent. Straightforward. However, if the grand-total is 261 of hours absent, reportbuilder will create 262 (identical) pages. I only need 1.
