Dot Matrix left margin erase begining inch

Almost all my dot matrix reports are truncated at the left margin . It
also varies depending the driver . I'm tring to use the Okidata 420 and
the left side is erased around the firs inch eaven if the left margin.
I'm using D6 RB 6 Is this been fix?

Hi Carlos,

Are you able to print within this inch with other applications? If not,
this may be part of the non-printable area of the printer you are using.
This also may be due to the fact that you are using the incorrect or
outdated driver for this printer. You may also check the advanced options
of your driver software for an option that may be causing this behavior.

If I use on older driver in the Okidata 320 it will print the whole line
correcly but if we use the most recent driver it won't. Also if I print
with notepad it will print all.

Hi Carlos,

ReportBuilder does not communicate with the printer driver directly. It
uses the Windows API to send generic commands. I recommend either using the
old driver or perhaps contacing Oki driver support and finding out if there
is a known issue. Also be sure you have checked the advanced options of the
newer printer driver in case there is something that may be causing this
behavior.
