E2161 Duplicate Resource

I upgraded to ReportBuilder 10 and I get this error in both Delphi 7 and
2005. I suppose its because I also use TB2000 and TBX. I tried deleting 1
instance of the file but to no avail. Any Ideas on how to fix this. I will
have to go back to version 9.03 since my projects will not compile becuase
of this error.

you should get a resource name that is duplicated... what resource is it?
