Merging help in RB10 with Delphi 2006

Hi!
We have purchased new RB10 ent and the installer didn't manage to merge RB10
help with Delphi 2006 help. In RBuilder help I have found files needed for
merge and a commandline file RBInstallHelper.exe. Now if I type in command
window
rbinstallhelper MergerRBuilderHelp I get error:

Default script host is cscript.exe
Input error: script mechanism for extension .js does not exists

Now which file should be registered for this extension that merge will
succeed; any other advices too?

I found the following information posted by a person in the Microsoft
Scripting department...

Input error: script mechanism for extension .js does not exists

Some other application that you have installed on you machine has corrupted
the registry entrys for the script related file extensions. Try
reinstalling Microsoft Windows Script from the standalone install package
for your OS.
