Printing Issues of Logos

Hi,

Is there anyway to fix the silly printing issues with ReportBuilder 6.03?
In particular the printing of logos and so on, totally randomly boxes appear
in black where log should be, some dont print at all, and some print fine.
The success can change from one print to another. There must be some code
changes that can be made to fix the inacurrate rendering.

There were improvements made to later versions - RB 7.04 is much better and
RB 9.03 contains more improvements.

Hi Nard,

Can you quantify much better? We have recently converted an app that used
Crystal Reports and have never come across these issues until now. What is
required to upgrade to Version 7 (V9 is out of the question for us due to
using Delphi V5)? Is it simply a matter of swapping components or are there
compatibility issues between V6 and V7.

You can just install RB 7 and rebuild your application.

RB 7.x can open and run reports created by RB 6.x. When the report is saved
using RB 7, then any new component properties will be saved as part of the
report definition (same as other Delphi components).
