TReportFrame

TReportFrame? What TReportFrame right? We are refactoring our report
framework and recently thought it would be great to have a report version of
TFrame.

This would allow us to maintain code and visual controls in one place that
is used by multiple reports. Does anyone think this would be useful? Does
anyone know if this already exists somewhere?
