Memos With Boarders
Hi,
If a Memo or DBMemo object has border positions enabled, the text displayed
in the memo touches the left/right border depending on the text alignment
setting.
Also, if the object is set to stretch and there are letters with tails
(i.e., j, p, q, y) in the last line, these letters touch the bottom border.
This point is also true for rich text objects.

The Left/Right border issue will be fixed for the next maintenance release.
You can adjust the Leading property to keep the bottom border from snaping
too far up on a stretching memo.

In my tests, leading of 0.03 is required to raise the tail of the letters
above the bottom border. This amount of leading makes a significant
difference in the appearance of text and what about the situation where a
user wants the leading to be less than zero?

This will be fixed for the next maintenance release as well.
