ReportDesigner, small bug in the menu update after notebook change from data to preview

Small issue with the file menu in the report designer

When I open the report designer, click on the data tabsheet, file menu
is enabled for the data tabsheet. If I click after thiso the preview
tabsheet, the file menu of the data tabsheet remains enabled. This means
that while in the preview tabsheet you can access the data file menu items.

This does not happen if you click on the Design tabsheet and after that
on the preview tabsheet. IN this situation the file menu id correctly
disabled.

We use Delphi 7 and Reportbuilder Pro 10.01
