RB version 10.01 / installation

after deinstall of version 9.x and install of version 10.01 i get following
error
if i use a ppReport on a form and dblclick it the designer pops up if i
click in the menu on the help
i get following message
helpfile on
c:\programme\borland\delphi7\help\c:\programme\borland\delphi7\help\rbuilder.hlp
could not be found.

i did a reinstall but it did not work.
any advice ???
