Outline popupmenu not visible

Hi

RB10.02

OutlineSettings.Enabled := true;
OutlineSettings.Visible := false;

When i do that the outlinesettings popupmenu is not accessable. But the
RB-Help says:

published property Visible: Boolean;Determines whether an outline is shown
for the report when Enabled is set to true. If false, the outline is
enabled, but not initially shown. Access the popup menu in the previewer to
show the enabled outline.

    There is now a patch available that correct this. Registered users can email
    support@digital-metaphors.com and request the patch.

    note: I think this incorrect behavior was in prior versions also and never
    was reported
